Alexander's cooking classes are held monthly, on a Saturday, starting promptly at 12 noon. Classes are $70 per person, including tax, tip, recipe booklet, tasting menu of dishes demonstrated, and choice of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Reservations required by calling 239-262-4999.
