Alexander's menus reflect my need to keep things lively and surprising for my customers' sake as well as my own.  My education is classic French cuisine, but I like to incorporate Asian, Caribbean, Latin and Middle Eastern flavors. I also like bright, upfront flavors and light demi-glaces. The integration of  these influences is represented on many of our dishes.
