Alexander's Menus
Alexander's menus reflect my need to keep things lively and surprising for my customers' sake as well as my own. My education is classic French cuisine, but I like to incorporate Asian, Caribbean, Latin and Middle Eastern flavors. I also like bright, upfront flavors and light demi-glaces. The integration of these influences is represented on many of our dishes.

Served Tuesday thru Saturday, 5:30 p.m. till close
Lunch Menu
Served Tuesday thru Friday, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Vichyssoise garnished with sour cream, chives & smoked salmon $8
Flatbread with heirloom tomato, basil, EVOO, served with a crisp salad $11
Basmati Rice Paella ~ Shrimp, chicken, saffron and garden vegetables simmered in vegetable stock with chipotle seasoning $17
Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops served over lemon chive risotto,
served with grilled asparagus $19 ________________________________________________________________
