Thank you to everyone who participated in our cooking classes this season. It was wonderful getting to know each of you and I hope you all had as much fun as I did.

As our season winds down in Naples, we are thinking ahead to the 2010-2011 season, when I return from my annual culinary education adventure (aka summer vacation!). I look forward to sharing new discoveries in next season's classes, which will also include new dishes and methods based on the interesting feedback you have given me. I hope to continue to help you master your skill at cooking and serving great meals for your family and friends.
